TRAVEL

For those traveling via plane, we recommend flying into the Redmond Airport. We’ve arranged a preferred rate for car service from this airport. For more information, please email hello@matthewandrachel.com.

If you’re flying into Portland, we suggest renting a car with four-wheel drive or snow chains. You’ll need to drive through Santiam Pass, where winter conditions often bring snow.

STAY

We recommend staying at Black Butte Ranch, near the Lodge where the wedding will take place (and also where we will be staying). To make a reservation, email reservations@blackbutteranch.com, call 800-452-7455 or visit their website. Mention “Laurick-Clark wedding” (in the comments, if booking online) for a 10% lodging discount.

You can also find Black Butte Rentals on VRBO, VACASA and Airbnb. When booking, ensure the address is Black Butte Ranch, not Sisters, Oregon, which is 15 minutes from the venue. Please note that bookings through these sites do not include a discount.

SHUTTLE

You will have the option for a shuttle service to pick you up from your Black Butte rental and transport you to and from the welcome party and wedding venue. Please indicate your preferences on the RSVP form.
